This article analyzes theoretical and applied problems of redistribution of inheritance. Terms and basis of redistribution and also subjects are investigated. The expanded understanding of basis of inheritance redistribution is offered. Application of methods of redistribution, fixed in the legislation of Ukraine is analyzed.
