In the article the peculiarities of legal regulation of wages on farms. The specificity of labor in agriculture production is that when it is the same expenses can get different outcomes, which also depend on weather and climatic conditions, soil fertility, seed varieties and more. This should be considered when applying the appropriate forms and systems of remuneration. The level of wages in the agricultural enterprise depends on the final result of his work, ie on gross profit. Relationship measure of labor and its payment through forms and systems of remuneration, which depend on the characteristics of agricultural production. The basis of the establishment of wage workers are farmers and sectoral minimum state guarantees on wages, tariff conditions and material incentives, management by collective agreement, tariff level and standards of work performance (work). In order to wage effective protection measures to ensure its payment in an amount not less than the minimum bid must include: a) arrangements for notification of applicable minimum rates; b) the official control of wages actually paid; c) sanctions for non-compliance with the current rates and measures to prevent similar cases. Based on the specifics of agriculture and to ensure full proper legal protection of persons who perform labor activity in this sector of the economy, wages not less than the minimum established by law and to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, consider Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine necessary to develop and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft law on the ratification of ILO Convention № 99 «About the Minimum wage in agriculture» in 1951 for the establishment and functioning of special procedures for establishing
the minimum wage of workers employed on farms and workers of related professions. This step will enable Ukraine to witness their willingness to implement higher standards of human rights in labor relations and provide additional opportunities for the implementation of these rights.
