The necessity of plugging in the Labour code of Ukraine of chapters — «Internal labour order» and «Labour discipline is well-proven in the article». Suggestions are formulated in relation to their maintenance. With the purpose of improvement of level of defence of rights for the hired workers, a necessity is well-proven for the new Labour code to fasten the exhaustive list of cases, when labour discipline is put in order exceptionally regulations about discipline.
