The article is devoted to the elucidation of the phenomenon of economic power, which is the most important form of functioning of economic relations and determines the effectiveness of the state of their economic policies, establishing and ensuring legal economic order. In the article is contained the author’s definition of legal economic order, economic power and its varieties, economic democracy. The problems of modernization of the Ukrainian legislation in field on holding the relationship.
