Thus, the editorial board does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC), fees for peer review, or for publication, which is consistent with the best practices of the international academic community.
The journal pays particular attention to supporting early-career researchers. Within the framework of this policy, the publication ensures full exemption from any form of payment for the preparation and publication of scholarly materials submitted by applicants for the third level of higher education (PhD candidates) who study at the expense of public funds, provided that the respective scholarly works are authored individually.
Access Model
The journal adheres to the Diamond Open Access model, which implies the absence of fees for both authors and readers. All scholarly publications are freely available without financial, technical, or legal restrictions. Full texts of articles are made available in open access on the official website of the journal immediately after their publication in the respective issue and are accessible for viewing, downloading, and use without restrictions.
This model promotes the wide dissemination of research results, enhances their visibility and citation, and facilitates the integration of Ukrainian legal scholarship into the global academic space.
