The editors of Bulletin of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine accept original articles on fundamental problems in such main subject areas:

•  Legal sciences 

The manuscript is submitted to the journal editorial office in Ukrainian or English. The journal accepts articles from doctors, candidates of sciences (Doctors of Philosophy), as well as young scientists (postgraduate students, associate professors). Articles from young scientists are accepted only with a review by a scientific supervisor. The number of authors per article should not exceed 5 people. After submitting the manuscript for consideration, it is prohibited to change the list of authors.

Articles in electronic format are sent to the editorial board to the email address visnyk_naprnu@ukr.net, or through the website Submit an article.

A separate file with the authors' data is attached to the article. The following information about the authors should be indicated in two languages (Ukrainian and English): surnames, names, patronymics, official names and postal addresses of the institutions, contact numbers, and email addresses, academic degree and position. Starting from 1.10.2022, the ORCID identification numbers of each of the authors of the article must be added. You can create ORCID on the official website https://orcid.org/.

File names must match the author's surname. For example: Ivanchuk_Article, Ivanchuk_Information.

The receipt date of the manuscript is the date of its receiving by the editorial office. In case of receipt of a manuscript that does not comply with these rules, the editors reserve the right not to consider such material and will inform the authors.

The English version of the article is accepted only if it is professionally translated. Submission of an English version translated with the use of online translators will be rejected.
