The Editorial Board of the Bulletin of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine accepts for publication original articles addressing fundamental issues in the following fields:

• Law
• International Law

Manuscripts shall be submitted to the Editorial Office in Ukrainian or English. The journal accepts submissions from Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences (Doctors of Philosophy, PhD), as well as early-career researchers (postgraduate and adjunct researchers). Articles authored by early-career researchers are accepted only if accompanied by a review from their academic supervisor. The number of authors of a single article shall not exceed five. No changes to the list of authors are permitted after submission of the manuscript to the Editorial Office.

Manuscripts in electronic format should be submitted to the Editorial Board via email at: visnyk_naprnu@ukr.net or through the journal’s website in the “Submit an Article” section.

Author information must be provided in a separate file in both Ukrainian and English and should include:

• full name (surname, given name, patronymic);
• academic degree and academic title (if applicable);
• position and institutional affiliation, including postal address;
• ORCID identifier for each author (which can be obtained on the official ORCID website);
• contact telephone number and email address.

File names must correspond to the author’s surname. For example: Ivanchuk_Article, Ivanchuk_AuthorInfo.

The date of receipt of the manuscript shall be the date on which it is received by the Editorial Office. If a manuscript does not comply with these requirements, the Editorial Board reserves the right not to consider it and will notify the author(s) accordingly.

An English-language version of the article is accepted only if it has been professionally translated. Submissions translated using online machine translation tools will be rejected.

Articles that receive positive peer review are published in the order of submission and within the journal’s allocated volume.
