Gaps in the laws and their overcoming methods

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the gaps in the laws legal nature. Such methods of overcoming the gaps like analogia legis, analogia iuris and general principles of law direct application are analized. The cases where overcoming gaps are not allowed are identified.
