The foreclosure on the mortgaged housing on the basis of executive notary: gaps and ways of their correcting

Work is devoted to practical principles which regulate the foreclosure of the mortgaged property. Gaps in laws that need urgent solution are identified. There is a necessity of increasing the range of rights of guardianship organs and the need for changes and additions to several laws relating to procedural characteristics (mechanism) termination of property rights.
