Once again on the legal nature of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

The article discovers the nature of the official interpretation of legal norms from the point of view of three basic approaches: declarative, constitutive and hermeneutic. It is proved that the identification of interpretative act with the sui generis source of law – common law of Constitution and laws – may have a positive impact on the constitutional process.
