Responsibility for absenteeism: problems of legal regulation

Abstract

The article examines the notion of absenteeism, determines its characteristics, and analyzes the historical development of the law on absenteeism. The deficiencies of legal regulation of responsibility for absenteeism are determined. The article also proves the necessity of definition of the notion of absenteeism in the Labour Code.
