The methodological, scientific-theoretical, institutional, legal, educational-methodical foundations of the implementation of the epistemological function of agrarian, land, environmental law as educational disciplines in the educational process of legal institutions of higher education in Ukraine and some EU countries are considered. It is emphasized the need to preserve and further develop in the system of higher legal education agrarian, land, and environmental law as educational disciplines and, accordingly, scientific doctrines and to ensure their teaching on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach to the knowledge of law, taking into account foreign experience and creating conditions for the practical orientation of the educational process as a component in the introduction of a new paradigm for the training of specialists in the specialty "Law". It has been proven that without a high-quality higher legal education, built on innovative approaches to the study and knowledge of the essence of law, it is impossible to ensure the development of the latest progressive scientific theoretical concepts and practice-oriented scientific doctrines aimed at substantiating certain legal models of the implementation of constitutional rights and the fulfillment of duties in the field of use of land and other natural resources, food and environmental security, ensuring civil harmony on the land of Ukraine. It is proposed to improve the normative regulation and to introduce new conceptual approaches in the educational process of law schools in the organization of teaching agrarian, land, and environmental law as educational disciplines and conducting attestation of applicants of the educational level "Bachelor", "Master", as well as the educational and scientific level "Doctor of Philosophy" by supplementing the EDKI Program in the specialty 081 "Law" with one more section – "Environmental, land and agrarian law of Ukraine", which will lead to the need to include in the educational programs of all law schools of Ukraine normative courses and special courses on teaching such educational disciplines as agrarian law, land law, environmental law.
