Issues of creation state bureau of investigation

The article deals with current issues of police reform in the context of the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The place and role of the state should take Bureau of Investigation in the system of law enforcement, pretrial investigation and specifically authorized entities in combating corruption.
