In the article, by moving from the general to the individual, the generic and species object of the criminal offense provided by art.372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is highlighted, and its place among criminal offenses against justice is defined. In order to achieve the stated goal, the existing views on the concept of justice, used in the title of Chapter VIII of the Special part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, were considered, as a result, the circle of social relations related to the generic object of criminal offenses against justice was outlined. The available classifications of specific objects of criminal offenses against justice within the generic object were analyzed, and an own classification of species objects was proposed. The additional separation of subspecies objects within the investigated species object is proposed, as well as theoretically and practically substantiated. It was determined that the subspecies object of the crime provided by art.372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is social relations in the sphere of compliance with the constitutional principles of activity and the possibility of proper performance of the functions of the prosecution – bodies of inquiry, pre-trial investigation, the prosecutor's office. Emphasis is placed on the urgency of developing the selected problem in connection with the lack of its systematic and in-depth study after the adoption of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine in 2012.Taking into account the intensification of the work of law enforcement agencies to arrest guilty persons under art.372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the practical significance of the study is in the theoretical provision of law enforcement activities, since the separation of generic, species and subspecies objects affects the correct qualification of criminal offenses and the separation of a given composition of a crime from adjacent compositions criminal offenses and acts that are not criminally punishable.
