The article examines the legal status, peculiarities and prospects of the implementation of the main European services in relation to the provision of cross-border electronic administrative services based on the generalization of the existing array of works of well-known domestic and foreign scientists and scholars on this issue. The content, ideas and advantages of the most popular, significant and successful projects of electronic services, which provide an opportunity for the implementation of cross-border electronic administrative services in the member states of the European Union, were studied, as well as the modernization of the legal and technical regulatory framework, which will contribute to the regulation of the use of electronic services by such countries. administrative services. The purpose of such projects is determined, which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of cooperation between the public and private sectors at the national and pan-European levels, simplifying administrative formalities, ensuring a more comfortable process of online access to public cross-border electronic services between the member countries of the European Union in a protected and safe information technology space. It was established that in order to integrate the legislation of Ukraine into the European Union and during the development of national documents, it is important to focus on the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on electronic identification and interoperability services, as well as on the European framework of interoperability, which will make it possible to ensure cross-border electronic interaction and provision of cross-border electronic administrative services. According to the results of the research and analysis, it was established that today in the member states of the European Union, Cross-Border Digital Communal Services have been created and are functioning, which ensure the functioning of the single digital market of the European Union, thanks to which a person can receive an electronic administrative service outside a certain country. It was concluded that currently the member states of the European Union are persistently and gradually improving their current legislation in order to organize and bring national regulatory bases to a single standard format, taking into account the peculiarities of national jurisdictions.
