Legal development and law requests of society

Abstract

The purpose of the article is a prognostic study of the requests of civil society regarding the theoretical and applied practices of modern legal development. To achieve the formulated goal, general scientific and special methods and methods of scientific knowledge are used in the research. The research is based on a dialectical approach, taking into account a number of principles and methods of scientific knowledge, including the principle of objectivity, the principle of interconnection, systematic, logical, comparative and prognostic methods. The article analyzes the legitimate expectations of representatives of civil society in the context of increasing the efficiency and quality of the normative design process, combining theoretical and applied practices, including in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. A separate vector of consideration is related to the consideration of the correlation between the category "efficiency" and "quality" of normative legal acts. A separate vector of the presentation is the interconnectedness of the legal activity of members of civil society and their awareness of the law. The article highlights the processes of improving legal educational work, the characteristics of the need for legal comprehensive education and prognostic research on the potential of legal awareness. The given parameters of legal development are analyzed in the context of European integration conditions for the future development of Ukraine. The scientific provisions obtained as a result of the research, as well as the formulated proposals, are aimed at 1) organizational and legal support for the study of law-making problems in the field of public-legal relations; 2) analysis of directions and trends in the development of the legal system of Ukraine in the context of the effectiveness and quality of normative legal acts, especially in the conditions of martial law; 3) analysis of prospective forms and methods of legal support for processes of legal education, legal education, legal awareness, including the role of leading scientific centers and institutions in these processes; 4) monitoring of legitimate expectations of representatives of civil society regarding European integration processes and vectors of European development.
