The study concluded that in the context of martial law, the role of the media is critical in ensuring access to objective information, preserving democratic principles and human rights, and supporting the international community in assessing the situation in the conflict zone. Independent media play an important role in revealing the true picture of events, monitoring the activities of the authorities and armed groups, and contributing to the formation of informed public opinion. However, military conflict can pose serious challenges to press freedom and human rights through censorship, mass violations of rights, and danger to journalists.
